Jumpstart Teambuilding Program

This program is intended for groups new to each other or teams in the process of forming. With a focus on strengthening relationships and improving team problem solving, our Jumpstart program includes a series of past-paced ground-level challenges followed by short discussions to help participants gain insight into teamwork and group problem solving. This program is ideal for groups that want to bild relationships, establish basic working standards, and create an effective collaborative environment.

Half-day session: $22.95/participant with minimum of 15
Full-day session: $39.95/participant with minumum of 15

Attn: Team building and Ropes Challenge Course ProgramsSchools, youth groups, athletic teams, and community agencies come to the Joe Dumars' Team and Leadership Center for three reasons: 1) to learn about the strategies and philosophy that make Joe Dumars an extraordinary team player and visionary leader; 2) to learn and practice valuable teamwork skills; and 3) to celebrate team successes. Based on the belief that all teams need to practice, the Team and Leadership Center offers a series of programs and services designed to help emerging and establish teams and leaders grow. Our innovative workshops and team building programs in Michigan are designed to be "practice sessions" for workgroups and teams. Utilizing hands-on adventure-based activities, high ropes courses, and climbing walls, our programs reach beyond the classroom and provide practical experience and insights that will have a lasting impact on the way your leaders and team members perform. Based out of the incredible Joe Dumars' Fieldhouse facilties, this is the premiere place to learn and practice team skills, celebrate successes, and have fun! Joe Dumars' Fieldhouse has been the premiere location for pick-up basketball, athletic development programs, and competitive league play—basketball, roller hockey, field hockey, sand/indoor volleyball—since 1995. Youth academies, camps, court rentals, Bayou Adventure, custom events, incredible facility, innovative programs, and a dedicated staff keep individuals, families, community agencies, and corporations coming back time and again.
